Joseph Saunders, Chairman
No relation to Founder & CEO Scott Saunders
Joe Saunders is the former Chairman & CEO of Visa where he led, at the time, the largest IPO in U.S. history.
Prior to Visa, Joe served as President of Card Services for Washington Mutual after their acquisition of Providian, where he served as Chairman & CEO.
Saunders received his B.S. in Business Administration and his MBA from the University of Denver.
Sean is Founder, Chairman and Chief Investment Officer at Anthemis Group SA. He is widely recognized as a leading independent thinker on the future of financial services.
Before founding Anthemis Group, Sean was a founding investor in Betfair, The Climate Corporation (WeatherBill), Markit and was part of the Global Markets Management Committee at Dresdner Kleinwort.
Originally from Calgary, Alberta, Sean has a BSc in Materials Science from Rice University in Houston, Texas. He is now based in Geneva and refuses to give up on his dream of one day skiing in the Olympics.
Robert Allison founded Innovate Partners LLC in 1995 after serving as Founder, President and SVP of several electronics companies. He was also a General Partner of Edgewater Private Equity Funds.
Today, Robert manages the Emerging Growth and Equity Fund and has facilitated over fourteen investments – Including Jabra, Interworks and Emisense.
Scott Saunders is the Founder & CEO of Payoff and was recognized on the Goldman Sachs 2012 inaugural list of the Top 100 Most Innovative Entrepreneurs.
Previously, Scott was a lead investor and entrepreneur in Walz Group (acquired by LenderLive), and worked with the U.S. Small Business Administration’s SBIC Program, where he helped invest $700 million in newly formed venture capital firms like Accretive (Accretive Health, Fandango) and Emergence Capital (Box, Salesforce.com, Veeva, Yammer).
Scott has an MBA from Columbia Business School and a BS from George Mason University and studied abroad at Oxford University.
